Responsibilities:
- Provides efficient support and good service standards in all HR functions and general administration to meet company’s needs and department’s objectives
- Upholding integrity and confidentiality of information and data security
- Strict compliance to PDPA requirements
- Ensures sustainable employment benefits through prudent use of government grants where possible while meeting expectations of employees
- Recruitment & selection practices are undertaken in accordance to legislative & policy requirements for fair and non-discriminatory employment practices
- Works with line managers to support their manpower needs and advice on HR policies and guidelines. Assist them to identify, recommend and co-ordinate training programs to support workforce development & skills upgrading
- Sustain 5S culture for continuous improvements
