- Scan documents and ensure high-quality digital copies.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- Rename files accurately for consistent and accessible record-keeping.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above
- At least 1 years of working experience
- Familiar with basic office equipment and software, including scanners and file management tools.
