Duties:
- Procurement of Infrastructure, Network, A/V Equipment
- Procurement of Laptops – Global Standards/Catalog in place
- Services related to Network, A/V Equipment
- Software related to that hardware.
- Maintenance Contracts related to that hardware.
- Order tracking.
- Financial chargebacks
- Coordination with Real Estate, Engineering, Field Services, and other stakeholders as needed.
- Adherence to IT policies, processes, contracts, negotiation and managing the SLAs, suppliers.
Requirement:
- Prior global procurement experience or vendor management background
- Knowledge of ServiceNow preferred.
- Knowledge of Project Management
