Singfilm Solar provides efficient and stable perovskite solar cells with long lifespans, driving the energy transition from fossil fuels to clean energy. With industry-leading technology and standardized production capabilities, we work to continuously advance the commercialization of perovskite solar cells.
The team is composed of outstanding researchers, including professors and Ph.D. graduates from the world’s top universities, as well as professionals from industry-leading institutions. We are looking for motivated individuals in the technology group, to participate in the development and characterization of new Perovskite PV products and materials.
This role will require a good understanding of PV cell and module performance factors, characterization methods and measurement methodology. The work may require the engineering of test setups, and familiarity with common semiconductor fabrication tools is advantageous.
Job Scope:
• Responsible for one or more fabrication processes
• Work with equipment suppliers to develop new capabilities
• Identifying and executing opportunities for process improvement
• Collaborate with team members to meet customer device specifications and technology development goals.
• Test result documentation and performance analysis.
• Job Requirements/Qualifications: Degree in Physics, Chemistry, Material / Electrical / Chemical Engineering or related subjects with 1-2 years of experience, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in PV development, fabrication or semiconductors will be advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work in a lab and clean room environment.
• Good skills in data analysis.
• Must be target/KPI-driven and well organized.
• Good team player, participate actively in group discussions and shows initiative.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
• Singaporeans and Permernant Residents preferred.
