Location: Jurong East/ Clementi (10 min bus from Clementi MRT)
Job Scope:
- Handle day to day office and admin duties
- Liaise with delivery drivers and sales team on stock reconciliation
- Check on purchase orders and prepare stock for delivery
- Track inventory, monitor customer demand and plan for delivery schedule
- Provide customer service and support
- Pick and pack customers' order
- Simple graphic design
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Min. 'O' level/ NITEC/ Diploma in any field
- Min. 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales and administrative support/cusotmer service
- Positive attitude with customer service mindset
- Good working knowledge in MS office
- Preferably can start imediately/within a short notice
- Experience in handling online E-commerce order, simple graphic design and social media support will be an advantage
