Job Description:
- Ensure chiller systems operate at optimal performance and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional service by addressing client inquiries and concerns about chiller operations and maintenance.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues, implementing effective solutions.
- Educate clients on proper operation and maintenance practices to enhance the lifespan of their chiller systems.
- Prepare detailed reports outlining service activities, findings, and recommendations for improvements.
- Execute commissioning processes for new chiller installations, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
- Work with MHI agents, customers, and contractors to verify system performance and compliance with specifications.
- Foster collaborative relationships with contractors to encourage teamwork and shared problem-solving.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, conducting safety briefings to ensure understanding of responsibilities.
- Perform field-based tasks in various environmental conditions, including outdoor settings.
- Be available for chiller breakdown calls during assigned standby shifts.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma and Degree
- 3-5 years of proven experience in chiller maintenance, commissioning, or related HVAC roles.
- Strong technical knowledge of chiller systems, HVAC principles, and electrical controls.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. - Completion of Building Construction Supervisors Safety Courses or equivalent certifications
