Current shift: 12 hours day & night Shift 4 days' work, 3 days rest

Responsibilities
• Performs varied and general tasks of a transactional nature involving the NPI manufacturing process.
• Follows detailed documentation and instructions to execute basic tasks such as assembly and testing new products in the Test Technology Domain like Firing System, Drop Characterization, Life Test/ Reliability, and Vision/Print.
• Develop an understanding of manufacturing processes (e.g., assembly, installation) to perform basic operations.
• Providing feedback and observation on tooling/processing to aid development and troubleshooting.
• Support and be compliant with ISO14K, 45K and 50K.
Requirements
• Nitec or relevant experience.
• Typically 0-2 years of experience.
• Basic understanding of how to navigate tools and procedures as part of production and assembly.
• Keen observational skills, strong initiative, teamwork, independence, and a growth mindset.
