We are looking for a motivated Insurance Telemarketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in promoting and selling General Insurance products over the phone. This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to meet sales targets effectively.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver sales targets and achieve campaign KPIs encompassing sales targets, call quality, and operational standards.
- Conduct telemarketing calls to promote General Insurance products, demonstrating clear product knowledge and providing references to both existing and prospective customers.
- Identify and seize opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional insurance products during customer interactions.
- Convert leads provided by the company into sales through effective telemarketing strategies and activities.
- Ensure all call activities adhere fully to regulatory requirements and Quality Assurance standards.
- Update and maintain accurate customer information in the company database to facilitate effective sales and customer service processes.
Qualifications
· Certificate in General Insurance (BCP/PGI/HI).
Experience
· Experience in telesales.
· Good product knowledge of GI personal lines products.
· Ability to handle challenging situations with maturity and confidence.
Resilient and motivated to overcome objections and handle rejections effectively.
