Responsibilities
- Supervise the progress of M&E works on site.
- Coordination of sub-contractor's M&E work and ensuring the work is on schedule.
- Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings for Electrical, ACMV, Plumbing, Sanitary & Fire protection etc.
- Ensure contractor comply with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering recognised by Singapore Professional Engineers Board (PEB) in Civil Engineering or equivalent with 3 to 5 years of working experience in the construction industry.
- Required Skill(s): Autocad, Microsoft Office
