- Lead, manage, and review all shop drawings, coordinating with relevant departments, consultants, and authorities for the submission and approval of detailed technical shop drawings
- Manage the entire process of producing detailed shop drawings, ensuring all technical drawings adhere to relevant codes and regulatory standards
- Ensure smooth on-site work execution and timely handover, with shop drawings that meet site requirements, are practical, clear, align with client expectations, and support company profitability
- Regularly report evaluation findings and project progress to HQ
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or equivalent
- At least 15 years of Drafting experience in Construction industry.
- Proficient in BIM software, Revit, AutoCAD and similar tools
