We are seeking a seasoned Finance Business Partner with expertise in FP&A and large-scale financial management to support mega projects and programs. This role involves partnering with key stakeholders to manage financial data, budgets, and metrics for complex, high-value projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead FP&A activities for mega projects, focusing on volume data metrics.
- Manage and monitor budgets ranging from $20 million to billions.
- Serve as the primary contact for financial data and related inquiries for large-scale programs.
- Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior leadership, providing clear analysis and actionable recommendations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Navigate complex processes and organizational frameworks to deliver outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proven FP&A experience, particularly in supporting large-scale projects or programs.
- Strong background in Finance Business Partnering for high-value initiatives.
- Hands-on experience managing project budgets exceeding $20 million.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel, Power Pivot, or similar tools, with the ability to work comfortably with large data sets.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Adaptable and resilient in navigating complexity, red tape, and processes.
