Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles related to RTGS, payment processing systems, and card-related technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Lead project teams and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of payment solutions and card systems.
- Act as a point of contact between technical teams, vendors, and business units for payments-related projects.
- Monitor project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation if needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards in the payments and cards domain.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
- Proven experience in managing projects in the banking and payments sector.
- Strong knowledge of RTGS, payment gateways, and card payment systems.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent understanding of payment processing flows and related technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 20022 is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in working with banks, financial institutions, or fintech companies.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Technical understanding of APIs, payment system integrations, or blockchain technologies related to payments.
