- Manage deliverables while ensuring adherence to company and department policies and procedures relating to Client Operations and Transfer Agency such as NAV reporting, investor registration, dealing, investor reporting and cash.
- During Japanese business hours serve as a main contact for daily client inquiries from the client servicing desk at our parent company. Manage these queries to a satisfactory closure, or appropriately handed off to the source team, in line with Japanese client service expectations.
- Handle any sensitive or escalated queries/concerns from Clients, Investors, Fund Managers or internal MUFG Departments following a high-quality standard in line with Japanese clients’ expectations.
- Support Client Operations and Investor Operations teams with their deliverables as per the need.
- Support teams and departments across locations, and direct reports with training and guidance on Japanese client servicing as per the need.
- Foster a professional environment of encouraging personal and professional development.
- Foster collaboration across business units and regions to ensure we deliver against the highest standards in the industry in terms of Japanese client servicing.
- Support Client Operations and Investor Operations projects, initiatives, and risk mitigation within your team and across teams, encouraging participation, constructive feedback and idea generation from the team members.
