Morgan McKinley is seeking a Loan Admin for a 1-year contract employment with our client in the digital/corporate banking industry.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of records and system updates related to secured loans.
- Verify that loan documentation and approval conditions meet required terms before implementation or disbursement.
- Adhere to established procedures, control guidelines, policies, and compliance frameworks.
- Coordinate with external parties, such as solicitors, valuers, and insurers, for mortgage-related matters.
- Maintain accurate records of credit documentation and transactions.
- Monitor and track pre- and post-approval conditions to ensure compliance.
- Ensure all Conditions Precedent and Conditions Subsequent are fulfilled.
- Follow up on outstanding documents and confirm all received materials are complete and properly organized.
- Safeguard original documents by ensuring secure storage.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for relevant projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Banking & Finance or equivalent
- With 3-4 years of experience in Loan Administration.
- Proficient in handling secured and unsecured lending, as well as collateral management.
- Self-motivated and proactive team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail for issue resolution.
