Job Summary
The Marketing Assistant supports the marketing manager in executing marketing campaigns, managing day-to-day activities, and ensuring smooth operations within the marketing department. This role involves a mix of administrative, creative, and analytical tasks aimed at enhancing brand visibility and contributing to the overall marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution Support
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, assisting in adjustments as needed.
Content Creation and Management
- Support the creation of marketing materials, including social media posts, email newsletters, blog content, and promotional materials.
- Maintain and update the company website and social media platforms.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and is optimized for target audiences.
Administrative Support
- Assist with marketing-related administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing marketing calendars.
- Organize and coordinate events, trade shows, or webinars.
- Maintain databases and manage customer or lead information for follow-up campaigns.
Market Research
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activity.
- Compile and analyze data to provide insights on customer preferences and industry trends.
Brand Support
- Help ensure brand consistency across all channels, from marketing materials to social media posts.
- Assist in updating promotional content and monitoring brand presence across digital platforms.
Collaboration and Communication
