Scope Of Work
Manage and accountable for the Cleaning and minor hard FM repair or replacement such as sanitary, Light fitting and Fitting & Fixture for any contract as assigned by the Company, as and when.
Duties & Responsibility
- Provide leadership to his team assigned to perform the works required as stipulated by the Service Buyer.
- Maintain a high level of safe and work discipline within the team.
- Provide guidance, coaching and/or training to uplift the level of skill competency of the team.
- Ensure work process conformance with Standard Operation Practice (SOP)
- Achieve high level of performance standard as required by Service Buyer.
- To adopt progressive innovation to optimize work/ labour productivity.
