Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop engaging posts, videos, and graphics tailored for various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Account Management: Manage and update social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and messaging
- Community Engagement: Respond to comments and messages promptly to build positive relationships with followers
- Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to drive engagement and conversions
- Trend Research: Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep strategies fresh and relevant
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance and generate reports with insights and recommendations
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to align social media strategies with overall goals
- Hashtag and SEO Optimization: Research and implement effective hashtags and keywords to maximize reach
- Content Scheduling: Use tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite to schedule posts and ensure timely updates
- Event Coverage: Support live social media coverage during events, launches, and other promotional activities
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for social media trends and a creative mindset
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
