Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, search engines, and email
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and websites to attract and retain target audiences
- SEO & SEM: Enhance website visibility through search engine optimization (SEO) and paid marketing campaigns (SEM)
- Social Media Marketing: Manage social media accounts, monitor trends, and create strategies to boost brand presence and engagement
- Data Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, generating actionable insights
- Email Marketing: Design and implement email campaigns to nurture leads and engage with existing customers
- Brand Management: Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all digital platforms
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors’ digital activities to identify opportunities for improvement
- Budget Management: Assist in managing budgets for digital campaigns to maximize ROI
- Trend Adaptation: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep strategies fresh and effective
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Canva; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns
- Creativity and attention to detail in developing and presenting marketing content
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for digital trends and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
