Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated professional to lead and optimize our healthcare device promotion initiatives. This role is responsible for overseeing a team of promoters to ensure excellent customer service and strong sales performance. The Healthcare Device Promotion Manager will play a pivotal role in increasing awareness and encouraging the prescription of our products, building and managing key stakeholder relationships, and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Promoter Management and Training:
Recruit, train, and lead a team of promoters to uphold pharmacy standards, enhance product awareness, and drive consumable sales. Monitor promoter performance to ensure alignment with company KPIs and continuously seek improvements.
2. Stakeholder Engagement:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy managers, doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Conduct training sessions to inform and engage stakeholders on product features and benefits, aiming to increase prescription rates.
3. Market Expansion:
Develop and implement strategies to expand product penetration into digital and other healthcare institutions, maximizing reach and impact.
4. Sales Strategy Development:
Design and execute targeted sales and promotional strategies for various market segments, ensuring high product visibility and increased sales.
5. Performance Monitoring:
Regularly assess promoter and project performance, identifying areas for improvement and driving efforts to exceed sales targets. Use performance metrics to evaluate success and support continuous growth.
6. Inventory and Order Management:
Collaborate with procurement and delivery teams to forecast inventory requirements, manage purchase orders (POs), and ensure timely delivery of products to maintain optimal stock levels.
7. Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure all promotional activities adhere to relevant legal and regulatory standards. Prepare and present regular management reports detailing project progress, sales performance, market feedback, and inventory updates.
8. Marketing and Event Support:
Develop with marketing department impactful marketing materials and organize promotional events, supporting overall product awareness and sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in sales, ideally within the healthcare and/or B2C sector.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities with a proven track record in team management and training.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare products and the Singapore healthcare landscape.
