- Develop and execute a regional procurement strategy that aligns with the company's growth goals and improves supply chain efficiency
- Identify, assess, and onboard suppliers
- Drive supplier performance to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across these critical areas
- Analyze and make informed decisions on whether to buy or make, in order to optimize procurement processes and resource allocation
skills and experience required
- Preferably individuals with over 10 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing
- Extensive experience in sourcing and supplier onboarding
