Sales / Business Development Executive
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for acquiring new accounts and growing the sales revenue in UAE region
- Perform RFQ groundwork including preparing proposals for Tenders and negotiate to close the deal
- Identify potential customers and working closely with key stakeholders from the Technology lines of business
- Actively develop sales pipelines to meet the corporate sales target
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Information Technology or equivalent, with experience in the UAE Market
- Technical expertise with ability to prospect and manage the entire sales cycle
- Strong understanding of local employment laws and regulations
- Review and improve recruitment sourcing methods with the client to ensure selection techniques and recruitment programs are effective
- Strong communication skills and good networking skills on social media, LinkedIn etc.
