Responsibilities:
- Work together as a team at Billing section. Generate invoices, resolving customer questions and liaise with account holders on quotations
- Process and prepare monthly invoice billing and send to clients promptly.
- Liaise with Operation team to ensure Works Orders are processed accurately and submit for billing promptly.
- Liaise with Finance department on invoice approval and maintain good communication and teamwork with other departments
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management industry or related discipline
- Experience in Logistics & Supply Chain / Freight Forwarding
- Positive attitude and must be a good team player in a fast paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications.
