Are you ready to take the lead in developing state-of-the-art healthcare infrastructure? We’re looking for a Project Manager, Facilities Development to oversee the planning, design, and execution of healthcare facility projects from inception to completion.
What you'll be doing
- Plan and develop healthcare infrastructure projects, including master-plans, budgets, and feasibility studies
- Lead conceptual planning, design development, tender preparation, and evaluation
- Manage construction activities to ensure timely and quality completion
- Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, EHS, and WSH requirements
- Collaborate with teams to deliver projects aligned with stringent environmental conditions
What we're looking for
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering
- 6 - 8 years of experience in facilities and project management, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or semiconductor industries
- Strong knowledge of facility design and operations for specialized environments like cleanrooms or isolation facilities
- Skilled in AutoCAD drafting and proficient in regulatory and safety requirements
