The creation of World Table Tennis (WTT) is set to revolutionise the way table tennis is viewed and commercialised across the globe. With significant external investment and commitment to long term partnership, WTT is much more than a vehicle to house current rights. As the dedicated commercial rights entity, for the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF), WTT has the ambition and ability to create new assets and events, capitalising on the unrivalled potential of the sport. The clear aim is to build WTT into a revenue generation powerhouse, ploughing profits back into Table Tennis to continually develop and transform the sport.


Taking a new, innovative, and entrepreneurial approach to how table tennis should manage its competition platform and positioning, WTT has been tasked with re-imagining a new professional event structure, re-energising the entertainment and fan experience, and re-defining the new era.

With 300 million players and over 500 million fans, the potential of the sport of table tennis is waiting to be unleashed.


WTT CEO OFFICE COORDINATOR


WTT is currently in search of an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The WTT CEO Office Coordinator is a pivotal position within the organization, offering a unique opportunity to work closely with the Director of the CEO Office, CEO as well as leadership team where neccessary in a fast-paced and exciting event management setting.


This role will be based in the World Table Tennis office in Singapore and reports to the Director – CEO Office. Flexibility is key, as the nature of the work requires a willingness to adapt to varying schedules and demands beyond regular office hours.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with intricate assignments, showcasing agility in problem-solving and maintaining high integrity standards
  • Contribute to the preparation of presentation materials and reports before and after meetings
  • Plan and execute the organization's events and activities in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support calendar scheduling and travel management for the leadership team
  • Handle protocol at events and meetings with finesse
  • Execute a range of routine and complex administrative tasks independently, ensuring seamless project execution and day-to-day office operations to support the CEO's office team
  • Assist in drafting and responding to official communications to internal and external stakeholders as needed
  • Proactively ensure follow-ups and completion of various projects and tasks within established deadlines, delivering high-quality outcomes
  • Embrace the opportunity to travel for events, with specific responsibilities discussed and agreed upon separately
  • Any other duties as assigned by Management

REQUIREMENTS

Essential:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role, including diary and travel arrangement.
  • Proven experience handling highly confidential information and documents.
  • Strong organizational, writing, and proofreading skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering efficiently under pressure.
  • Positive, hard-working "can-do" attitude, adept at multitasking on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to adapt to the fluid nature of the role.
  • Expertise in managing different time zones.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in an additional language highly preferred due to the international nature of managing internal and external parties.
  • Excellent Microsoft Word skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Passion for creative problem-solving and solutions.

Desirable:

  • Experience in customer service or executive assistant roles within the leisure/hospitality industry, with event experience being advantageous.
  • Legal background.
  • Previous experience in an agency or property holder environment is desirable.
