JD:
- Research market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging client needs within sectors like commercial office/Retail design & renovation
- Proactively seek out and generate new business leads through networking, events, industry associations, cold call and referrals.
- Draw up networking proposals customized to individual sector
- Liaison between client, designer and other parties leading up to the securing of project, while ensuring client’s requirements are met and exceeded
- Prepare sales and marketing materials
- Work on project pricing, contracts, and fee negotiations that balance profitability with competitive positioning.
- Achieve and Deliver Sales Target
- Support in all aspect of Sales activities
- Manage and maintain clientele relationship
- Collate and evaluate client feedback and highlighting client feedback from customers for management analysis and follow-up
Requirement
· Diploma in Marketing, Business, Interior Design, or a related field.
· Min 3 years of experience in Business development, preferably in the interior design on commercial office/retail.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to understand design concepts & to liaise with individuals at all level
· Committed, sales target driven and self-motivated
· Responsible and team player.
· Creative mindset with a passion for interior design.
· Excellent networking & communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise with individuals at all level
