RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and design blockchain architecture, including CA hierarchies, policies, and network topology.
- Select the appropriate development platform and functionality for blockchain-powered applications.
- Design and implement smart contracts, consensus mechanisms, and network configurations.
- Lead the execution of blockchain projects from concept to deployment, including organizing offshore development teams.
- Collaborate with domain experts to define MVP requirements and manage prototype development for marketplace viability.
- Ensure seamless integration of blockchain solutions with existing systems.
- Tailor Agile processes to blockchain software development and guide teams on Agile/Scrum practices.
- Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution to foster a productive environment.
- Build a trusting and safe team culture that promotes problem-solving and innovation.
- Work with service line practices and account teams to develop sales assets and technical support collateral.
- Meet with account teams and clients to align blockchain solutions with business goals.
- Support the design and implementation of new business models to monetize blockchain-based solutions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a software development or systems architecture role
- Experience in blockchain technologies, including Hyperledger Fabric.
- Strong knowledge of encryption fundamentals, distributed ledger technology, and consensus mechanisms.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including User Personas, TDD, Continuous Integration, and Automated Testing.
- Experience in multiple programming languages, open-source development, and software architecture design.
- Experience in designing and implementing blockchain solutions for BFSI projects.
