Job Description:
- Monitoring, supporting, and ensuring maintenance and documentation of the MES model in terms of products, routes, operations, equipment, recipes, and lot movements
- Ensure the smooth operation of the MES software and its integration with other systems such as ERP systems
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimisation within the manufacturing environment through the analysis of MES data and collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Participating in MES-related projects, including project planning, resource allocation, and progress tracking, to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline constraints
- Assist in the planning, implementation and administration of M365 services such as MS Power Automate, PowerBI, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune, OneDrive and other components
- Support in the conception and implementation up to the introduction of the projects in all phases for a sustainable operation, including Cloud projects
- Further development of our Digital Workplace vision
- Any ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor/manager
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor/Diploma in IT with extensive hands-on experience in the area Automation and MES implementation
- Minimum 3 years hands on with MES software platforms implementation and support
- Proficiency in system integration in term of machine-to-machine and to application such as ERP
- Experience in delivering solutions for OEE, Energy Consumption, Traceability
