Duties & Responsibilities:
· Provide technical assistance and support, including after-hours support (as may be necessary).
· Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
· Liaise with external service providers, including internet service providers, as necessary.
· Manage and administer to the firm’s IT inventory and infrastructure, including laptops, phones, printers, web conference devices, projectors, in-house servers.
· Develop, implement and manage the firm’s cybersecurity risk systems, including responding to cybersecurity incidents.
· Develop, implement and manage the firm’s intranet.
· Participate in IT projects, implementation and roll outs as required, and report on progress and status.
· Spearhead new IT initiatives.

Competencies:
· Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a law firm or similar/professional environment handling confidential data and information.
· Proficient and detailed technical knowledge of Windows 10/11, Teams, Exchange, Intune and Microsoft Office 365 suite.
· Experience with legal industry applications and document management systems – Netdocs, iManage, CoreMatter, Aderant, and Intapp. Experience with legal AI tools is advantageous.
· Configuration and diagnostics of internet and intranet servers.
· Configuration and diagnostics of laptop, mobile devices, printers – familiarity with Lenovo and Apple ecosystem is advantageous.
· Knowledge in implementing video conferencing systems.
· Experience with working in a law firm environment is an advantage but not a requirement.
