Reckless Ericka is a forward-thinking brand that thrives on creativity, innovation, and precision in digital marketing. We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing and Content Specialist to join our team and bring cohesion, strategy, and execution to our digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Collaboration:Work closely with the graphic designer to provide creative and marketing direction.
    Ensure branding consistency across all digital assets.
  2. Marketing Execution:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns for social media, EDMs, and digital content.
    Plan and schedule engaging social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, etc.).
    Manage and optimise email marketing campaigns, ensuring high engagement and deliverability.
  3. Content Development:Collaborate on the creation of visually appealing graphics, promotional materials, and website content.
    Write, proofread, and edit compelling copy for various digital channels.
  4. E-commerce Synchronisation:Oversee Shopify updates and ensure seamless integration of assets.
    Analyse Shopify performance metrics and suggest improvements for user experience and sales conversion.
  5. Data Analysis & Reporting:Track, analyse, and report on digital marketing performance (KPIs).
    Use insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
  6. Compliance:Adhere to Singapore's MOM regulations and maintain proper documentation and workplace standards.
  • Design and implement all marketing activities for the company, focusing on growing our brand.
  • Develop omni-channel marketing campaigns to achieve business outcomes including brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement.
  • Independently plan and execute marketing activations and events.
  • Analyse performance data to derive insights and implement improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing performance.
  • Stay updated on marketing trends, culture, and news.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • A genuine passion for our brand and its values
  • Strong commercial acumen and customer instinct
  • Creative and resourceful thinker with the ability to innovate.
  • Performance-driven with a solid grasp of data analysis
  • Ownership mentality with a proactive approach
  • Proficiency in Shopify, email marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics and tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
  • Hands-on experience in content creation and visual design tools (e.g., Adobe Suite).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in e-commerce or retail marketing.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and basic HTML/CSS.
