Job Overview:
The Residency Programme Coordinator (PC) supports the Programme Director (PD) and the Postgraduate Year 1 (PGY1) programme team in coordinating and managing the training programme. The PC ensures proper administration, maintains records and documentation, and collaborates with the PD and team to achieve the programme's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the PD and team in Programme Accreditation and Management.
- Administer and maintain a conducive educational environment for PGY1 residents.
- Oversee PGY1 recruitment, appointment, management, and development.
- Participate in initiatives and projects that align with the institution's vision, mission, and strategic objectives.
Job Requirements:
Education/Training/Experience:
- Diploma with at least 2 years of administrative experience.
- Strong communication skills, both spoken and written in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Personal Attributes:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Meticulous with strong organizational, administrative, and coordination skills.
- Proactive team player with a pleasant personality.
- Takes initiative and ensures tasks are completed accurately and on time.
