- Conceptualise & spearhead marketing initiatives to positively profile and increase awareness of company and to reach identified target audiences and stakeholders in an effective manner
- Research and identify current marketing trends and new business opportunities to support the promotion of the company’s products and services
- Manage and steer appointed agencies and vendors to support ongoing online/offline marketing initiatives and campaigns comprising but not limited to SEO/SEM, digital advertisements, content marketing, email marketing, events and other promotional initiatives
- Uphold the organisation’s reputation through the execution of public relations activities and managing customer feedback through front-facing email accounts, Google reviews and other relevant platforms
- Cultivate and manage partnerships with key business stakeholders with the aim of developing strategic collaborations to drive mutually beneficial business outcomes
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, insurance partners, medical concierges and other third-party platforms to drive a pipeline of leads and referrals to the company
- Provide assistance to execute action plans for the company’s operational goals and to support the smooth running of daily operations at the company’s specialist clinics
- Other relevant ad-hoc tasks as assigned
