Job Scope:
- Design and develop automated systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Program and configure automation hardware and software, including PLCs and SCADA systems
- Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions into existing systems
- Analyze data and system performance to identify areas for improvement
- Maintain documentation for automation processes, including specifications and user manuals
- Implement safety and quality standards in automated processes
- Provide technical support and training for end-users
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in automation
- Participate in project planning and management activities, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in engineering discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing industries with an automation background
- Proven track record in automation work is advantageous
- Required hands-on experience and remote support skills
