Contracts Analyst

Summary:

  • Support on all contractual preparation, revision and negotiations, working independently and achieving exceptional quality in a timely manner.
  • Support on corporate secretarial matters.
  • Support on legal matters that the Company may require from time-to-time.
  • Support on correspondence and documentations within the Company, and with headquarter in Brazil.

Description:

  • Manage the preparation and review of contractual documents in a timely manner, according to Company’s requirements.
  • Support the Company on all contractual and tender documentation.
  • Manage and support the entire contract flow between the Company, counterparties and related parties.
  • Actively negotiate with the relevant parties ensuring that the contract requirements are fully satisfied in terms of format, content and consistency.
  • Support on corporate secretarial matters.
  • Support on legal matters that the Company may require from time-to-time.
  • Support on regular correspondence with headquarter in Brazil and other corporate matters.
  • Liaise with third parties on the relevant activities.
  • File, organize and maintain all commercial contracts, corporate documents and other related and relevant documents in the company’s systems.
  • Provide support on ad-hoc activities.
  • Maintain and share knowledge of principles and concepts related to the company's commercial contracts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-year relevant experience working in diversified international contracts and corporate secretarial activities.
  • Knowledge of contract law in an international context. Experience in an oil or trading organization would be an advantage.
  • University degree in Business, Law or equivalent.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and excellent English language skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to details, independent and proactive problem solver.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organization skills.
  • Adaptable to be a strong team player and to be able to work independently in delivering quality work.
  • Ability to read, speak and write in Portuguese will be a plus.
