Preschool Administrative Assistant
Working Location:
- Telok Blangah
- Balestier
Working Timing: 44 hours per week (Normally 8am-5pm / 9am-6pm, discuss more during the interview)
Working day: Mon - Fri
Salary : $2500 - $3200
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:Manage the preschool’s correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and postal mail.
Maintain accurate records and filing systems for student and staff information.
- Coordination:Schedule and organize meetings or events, including parent-teacher meetings.
Coordinate with staff, parents, and external vendors as needed.
- Documentation and Reporting:Handle enrollment documentation and maintain student records.
Prepare reports and assist in compiling data for the management team.
- Financial and Inventory Tasks:Process invoices, payments, and petty cash claims.
Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring sufficient inventory.
- Customer Service:Address queries from parents, staff, and visitors professionally.
Support the school in fostering positive relationships with parents.
- Compliance:Ensure adherence to the regulatory guidelines and policies of the preschool.
Assist in preparing documents for audits or inspections.
Skills and Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Preschool experience on Claim/Grant and little live App.
- Familiarity with administrative procedures in an educational setting is a plus.
