Job Description
- Prepare and monitor long-term and short-term inventory and procurement planning
- Ensure smooth material flow and sufficient quantity for production
- Responsible for the sourcing and purchasing of Raw & Packaging materials, semi-finished good, spare parts and office used equipments etc
- Liaise with various International and Local new suppliers to source for new products
- Manage good relationship with current suppliers
- Obtain the highest quality materials at competitive prices
- Negotiate for competitive price from few quotations
- Review and issue supplier / subcontractor evaluation report
- Ensure the purchasing system and procedure comply with the QMS and Food Safety programs
- Maintain and update ISO / HACCP / BRC documentations
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree / Diploma or equivalent in Business / Supply Chain
- Class 3 Driving License
- At least 2 years' of procurement experience in manufacturing industry
- Proficient in an ERP system, preferred with Business Central 365 (Microsoft Dynamic Nav)
- Good proficiency in Microsoft office
- A good team player, energetic and willing to work hard
- Good communication skill
