Unlocking ADHD (UA) is a purpose-driven organization dedicated to supporting individuals with ADHD and their families through community engagement, advocacy, and accessible services. As we expand our impact, we are looking for a passionate and dynamic Programme Executive to join our team.
Role Overview
The Programme Executive will play a key role in planning, implementing, and evaluating UA's programs and services. This position involves close collaboration with stakeholders, volunteers, and the community to ensure our initiatives effectively address the needs of individuals with ADHD.
Key Responsibilities
Program Management
· Plan, execute, and monitor UA’s programs, including workshops, webinars, and peer support group hangouts.
· Moderate online Facebook and Discord support group.
· Ensure programs are aligned with UA’s mission and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
· Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and participant engagement for all events and programs.
Stakeholder Engagement
· Liaise with ADHD professionals, educators, and community partners to ensure quality program delivery.
· Work closely with volunteer to support UA events.
· Build and maintain relationships with UA’s stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and feedback is incorporated.
Outreach and Advocacy
· Support marketing efforts to promote programs and increase participation through social media, email campaigns, and community outreach.
· Represent UA at events to raise awareness and advocate for ADHD-related issues.
Administrative Support
· Track program budgets, attendance, and outcomes for reporting and analysis.
· Provide regular updates and reports to the General Manager.
· Maintain a database of program participants, feedback, and resources.
Impact Evaluation
· Gather and analyze participant feedback to measure program success and identify areas for improvement.
· Assist in preparing impact reports to showcase UA’s contribution to the ADHD community.
Grant Writing
· Assists in programme development and grant writing.
· Familiar with Logic model and theory of change in articulation programme proposal
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
· Diploma or Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, or related fields.
· Minimum 1-2 years of experience in program management, event coordination, or community work (experience with non-profits or ADHD-related work is a plus).
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
· Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with project management tools.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dynamic team.
