The first Prada Cafe in Asia will be opened in mid Dec 2024 in PRADA ION Store, and the Cafe will cater to their VIC, VIPs, associates and vendors till Feb 2025 before it is open to the Public for reservations. 1-3 months Contract Guest Host / Runners for PRADA Cafe
- Assist in Opening and closing the café
- Attend to customers & their needs, engaged conversations with customers, etc.
- Taking orders, welcoming customers, and providing information about menu items, specials, and events.
- May required to share information about company new / limited edition products
- Cleaning tables, floors, equipment, and other areas to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
- Restocking, tracking inventory levels, and advising management of low stock
- Comprehensive Training will be provided
Requirement:
- Tertiary Education with good communication & interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed, customer service oriented, composed, patient etc.
- Able to commit minimum 3 months as training will be provided
- Preferably some F&B or guest relations experience in high end restaurants, cafes or hotels
- Contract can be extendable further for good performers
- Candidates who can only work in Dec 24 (1 month) will be hired for Runners role
