Primary Responsibilities:
As an Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, implementing and maintaining automation solutions to streamline the client’s processes, improve efficiency, and enhance product quality. You will work in a dynamic environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
In this role, you will be responsible for all or subset of the key responsibilities below:
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for software & Hardware testing, process automation, and data integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand automation requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
- Write and maintain efficient, reusable documentation to automate tasks and prepare test cases.
- Identify areas where automation can improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing automation systems, making necessary updates and enhancements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to propose and implement improvements in automation practices.
- Provide technical support and training to team members on automation tools and best practices.
- Document automation processes, test cases, and results for reference and auditing purposes.
- Coordinate project meetings with business stakeholders with regards to timelines
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or bachelor’s Degrees in any engineering field education background
- At least 4 years of experience in technical role such as automation engineering
- Proven experience in automation engineering, with a focus on robotics automation and process automation
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Consulting skills, business knowledges to come up with realistic solutions to business and project control to comply with business needs.
