Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for assisting the Project Manager in the overall performance of the team in the project and prepare the project management and project quality plans and implement them accordingly
- In charge of the implementation and completion of construction projects within the scheduled time, cost, and quality.
- Comprehensive understanding of the contract documents (drawings and specifications), phasing plans, construction sequencing and project schedule
- Monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
- Select tools, materials, equipment and track inventory
- Meet contractual conditions of performance
- Review the work progress on regularly
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
- Analyse, manage and mitigate risks
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, with minimum 7 years’ similar experience in A1 Construction firms
- Team leader and a decision maker
