Job Description
- Customer Interaction:
o Handle inquiries and requests from customers in a polite and professional manner.
o Provide information about products, services, or company policies. - Problem Solving:
o Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly.
o Provide updates to customers regarding delivery times or delays. - Administrative Tasks:
o Maintain records of deliveries and customer interactions. - Driver Duties
o Pick up and delivery of Customer's Fleet vehicles.
o Send vehicles for LTA inspections.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Commercial Vehicles issues.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Min Class 4.
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Singaporean or PR only.
