Responsibilities
- Provide quotations and other requests relating to Motor insurance or our clients and partners
- Liaise with insurers’ underwriting, processing, service and support team for quotations, referrals, appeals
- Attend to Salesforce Leads and queries promptly
- Preparation of documents relating to transacted business
- Attend to customers' and partners' insurance-related queries
- May be involved in projects to improve the quotation process through digitalisation
- Responsible for business growth and retention for continuity
What you need:
- At least 2 years of related experience is preferred
- General Insurance background is a plus
- GI, BCP, or PGI certificates will be advantageous
- Min. Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- Market knowledge in Motor insurance is an added advantage
- Responsible and takes ownership
- Good analytical, communication and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (Salesforce)
