Responsibilities
- Setup, configure and maintenance of computer hardware, network and systems.
- Troubleshoot and provide IT technical support to end-users on hardware, software and network and printers issues.
- Liaise with users and IT vendors for the delivery of IT solutions and services.
- Manage the data protection and cyber security functions. Ensure proper security system setup and maintenance.
- Assists in procurement and documentation of IT assets.
- Provide IT and network support including system installation, configuration, upgrading of application software and system patches.
- Configure and manage Microsoft 365 services and environment, such as Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive etc, including user provisioning, licensing and other essential services.
- Implement and maintain Microsoft 365 security measures and policies, such as Entra ID, Intune, Purview, Cloud Defender and MFA.
- Hands on experience with Microsoft Windows environment and experience in troubleshooting and email support.
- Other duties as assigned by the management.
Requirement
- Diploma in Computer Science or relevant Degree qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in Office 365, end users desktop support, IT security implementation & operations.
- Certification of MCSA, MCSE or other technical qualifications is preferred.
- Able to start work within short notice is preferred
- Prior work experience in a healthcare organization is an advantage.
