Job Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day operations in the kitchen area
Ensure high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety throughout all kitchen area
Oversees and manages stock levels as well as supervises kitchen staff during shift
Oversees the food preparation process
Understand all food cultures and techniques
Other duties as and when assigned by Executive Chef
