We are looking for experienced part-time lecturers in the following fields:
- Sustainability and Environmental Science
- History of Singapore
- Organisational Management
- Political Science
- Cross Cultural Studies
- Entrepreneurship and Start-up Culture
- Fintech
- Global Health Studies
Lesson timings are during office hours or evening on weekdays, across three days
Teaching and Assessment
- Deliver the course according to the syllabus provided
- Produce teaching and learning materials for the course
- Monitor student academic performance
- Marking and grading of coursework, classroom participation and examinations
- Coordinate with the Academic Manager on the academic progress of the students
- Plan, organise co-curricular activities and field trips according to the syllabus provided
Job Requirements
- Minimum Master's Degree in a relevant field
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in tertiary instituitions
- Experience or knowledge of course within a higher education context
- Good classroom management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to motivate the students
- Experience with e-learning platforms, such as Canvas is a plus
This is a part-time contract role, and the remuneration is $100-$130 per hour. Remuneration will be commensurate with relevant qualifications and experience.
