What we seek to accomplish together:
This position provides the desktop support for the first contact point for customers, you will be responsible to provide prompt assistance to customers, addressing a range of IT topics and issues. Besides, you will ensure that software, licenses and operations comply with standards.
Responsibilities:
* Provide Desktop Support services to users.
* This entails receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively addressing end-user help requests, as well as escalating incidents when necessary to uphold customer satisfaction and meet SLA expectations.
* Conduct troubleshooting for issues encountered by users.
* Carry out asset inventories.
* Facilitate technical escalations to third-party vendors or resolver groups when appropriate.
* Update incident records.
* Create and revise work instructions as needed.
* Document standards and procedures where applicable.
A little about you:
* Minimum ITE/Diploma graduate with at least one year of experience in desktop support.
* At least one year of experience with Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365.
* Proficient in spoken and written English.
* Hold at least one of the following certifications or their equivalents:
* Demonstrate knowledge in supporting workstations and related components.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent coordination abilities.
* Capacity to prioritize tasks effectively and work with a sense of urgency.
* Communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
