JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end development of our Payroll and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) cloud platform and relaunch them as our next generation integrated best-of-suite solutions for our clients.


The Project Manager will work cross-functionally with vendor and technical teams across the full spectrum of development including business analysis, UI/UX, graphics design, mobile app engineering to ensure timely and efficient delivery of a scalable, user-friendly, and compliant Payroll & HRIS system. This role requires a solid understanding of both cloud development processes and HRIS/Payroll functionalities, alongside excellent project management and communication skills.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining project scope, setting timelines, managing resources, and overseeing development to ensure a smooth rollout of features and integrations. They will be adept at navigating and mitigating risks, maintaining stakeholder alignment, and upholding quality standards across project phases, from initial planning through testing, launch, and post-launch support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, planning, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to understand business needs and technical requirements.
  • Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and roadmaps, and regularly communicate progress and adjustments to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with HR and payroll regulations and best practices, aligning the system with organizational policies.
  • Identify and manage project risks, resolving issues efficiently and adapting to changes in scope or timelines as needed.
  • Monitor resource allocation, project budget, and timelines to ensure project goals are met within scope and budget.
  • Oversee user acceptance testing and quality assurance processes to ensure a smooth and accurate rollout.
  • Knowledge on system administration for Cloud environment and MS SQL database

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in software/web development.
  • Proven experience in Payroll or HRIS project management running as SaaS in Cloud Platform is plus.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding knowledge in project/product management, project lifecycle and best practices.
  • Strong conceptual abilities, clear communication of direction and solid knowledge of project management methodology.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile & SDLC methodologies with experience in tools like JIRA.
  • Strong time management skills, ability to meet tight deadlines and successfully juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of data encryption, compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2), and multi-tenant architecture.
