Position: Jewellery Valuer/Appraiser
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate jewellery for authenticity and value.
- Utilize appraisal techniques and industry knowledge to accurately evaluate the worth of jewellery pieces for pawn and sale transactions.
- Handle loan approval processes, including reviewing loan applications, assessing collateral, and determining loan eligibility.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the loan approval process.
- Provide exceptional customer service by offering expert advice and guidance to clients regarding their jewellery items and loan options.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Sales of jewellery items to customers.
Requirements:
- Experience in jewellery valuation and loan approval.
- Knowledge of basic gemology and appraisal techniques.
- Able to speak English, Chinese as well as basic Malay language in order to communicate with our customers.
- Good customer service.
- Promote jewellery products & sales.
- Strong communication skills and good teamplayer.
- 5 and half days a work week.
- Able to use computer for data entry is optional but preferred.
