Our client is a respectable and established Technology Integrator with strong business in Information Technology advancement, applications development and automation - catering to business across both private and public sector.
For this requirement, the position will primarily lead the department to guide and mentor the team in various software projects handled.
Position Responsibilites:
- Manage a team of Software Developers and Engineers, perform coaching, mentoring and providing guidance in the projects handled.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders – able to understand requirements, provide insights in priorities and delivery requirements.
- Monitor progress and provide reports and updates to management as well as project challenges and obstacles.
Position Requirements:
- Atleast Bachelors' Degree in Software Development, IT Engineering or the related field.
- 6 to 8 years of working experience in Software Development, leadership or Senior Software capacity.
- Software language knowledge in CSS, HTML, JS/TS (Front-end) or Web Framework (Angular, React, Vue) Kotlin, Java, (Spring Boot), Type Script (React), AWS Stack, API Gateway, Lambda, CI/CD knowledge and AWS Codebuild.
- Experience in SDLC, Agile / Scrum methodologies.
