Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day administration (technical andservices) which includes handling of all incoming and outgoing correspondences, facsimile, data entry, filing and collating of information.
- To provide support and counter check on warranty documentations and claims.
- Follow up on any upstanding warranty claim with the manufacturer
- Ensure all warranty claims are submitted according to the manufacturer warranty policy and procedures.
- Maintain warranty and credit records and database.
- Ensure that all warranty parts are tagged and housekeeping on the storage according to warranty policy
- Supervise and check all warranty scrapping parts.
- Provide support to parts daily operation.
- Assists in purchasing, receiving and warehouse keeping.
- Performs any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisors.
Job Requirements:
- Preferably 2-3 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in spoken & written English and Mandarin.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Be resourceful and multi-tasking attitude.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
