Responsibilities:
- Develop a strategic roadmap based on user needs, market trends, and company objectives
- Define and prioritise features, integrating user needs and feedback into the product roadmap.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of developers, engineers and analysts to ensure alignment on sprint goals and feature rollouts.
- Set sprint goals, detail user stories, and track project progress to ensure timely and high-quality feature delivery.
- Conduct research to understand user needs within the construction sector, translating these insights into actionable product features.
- Work closely with the team to refine and implement product features and validate them through user feedback and data analysis.
- Oversee cloud resources for scalability, security, and performance, potentially taking on architectural responsibilities to guide cloud strategy.
- Analyse product data to validate goals, measure performance, and inform product decisions.
- Set and monitor KPIs, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance user experience and drive product improvements.
- Test and approve features against user stories, coordinating product launches to ensure smooth deployment.
- Manage product lifecycle from conception through launch, ensuring it meets both business objectives and user expectations.
- Engage stakeholders to ensure cohesive product development and launch strategies and communicate project updates, progress, and key insights to maintain alignment and support.
Requirements:
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with min 3 years of experience
- Solid technical understanding of software development, web technologies, and cloud services (Azure, AWS, or similar)
- Proficient in data analysis for tracking metrics, validating goals, and making data-driven product decisions, familiarity with mobile and web development, especially in Flutter and React
- Strong leadership and able to work with all levels
